- Parents should always co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining punctuality regulation and discipline.
- All progress reports must be duly signed and returned within the prescribed period to the school.
- Parents are not allowed to directly visit the class rooms to meet or take their ward(s) away without the permission of the Principal.
- Parents should ensure their wards are sent to school neat and tidy and well-groomed. Care should be taken towards their appearance, dress code and classwork/homework schedule. Strict action might be taken in case of any discrepancy.
- parentes arerequested to notify in writting to the school about any changes in their address, phone numbers, etc immediately after the change.
- A forum of interaction between the parents and teachers is provided at regular intervals. Through these PTMs, parents can determine the progress of their wards as well as general information about behaviour, social interaction with other fellow students and obedience / discipline. Parents are requested to attend these meetings regularly.
- Parents are also requested to follow instructions as may be intimated from time to time through the diary of their ward or notice board.
- The school expects civilized and polite attitude and behaviour from the parents towards the staff and management in all respects.
- Complaints or suggestions can always be forwarded in writing to the school office and appropriate remedial action will be undertaken by the management promptly.

- The summer break usually starts in May and lasts for approximately 45 days. The 15 day winter break starts in December or January.
