The school offers value based education through activity based teaching. Towards this end, the school endeavors to provide a large and dedicated teaching staff which can help the children best in education, culture, art and moral values to help turn them into responsible citizens.
The system of continuous evaluation, assessment of students and remedial teaching places the C.C.E. as one of the best methods of teaching. Today we have a 100+ full-time, experienced and highly qualified faculty aided with all modern teaching aids using the latest interactive teaching methodology.
This smart, dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking team of qualified and experienced teachers endeavors to create an enhanced learning environment.
The school management does not believe in staff churning. Hence, well established competent teachers employed at the onset of the school in 1996, have continued with us. Specific training
programmers are organized from time to time by the school management to update the teaching staff with modern trends and to sharpen their skills.
For the purpose of inculcating a healthy competitive spirit amongst the students, the school is divided into 4 houses: Gandhi, Nehru, Vivekanand and Tagore. The school has been striving diligently throughout the years and is proud to have been producing toppers in class XII in the CBSE Board Exams at District Level.
Our students are proud recipients of Merit Certificates from CBSE for coming in the category of 0.1% of successful candidates. Emphasis is laid on completion of syllabus in time alongwith thorough revision and assessment of students.
The approach To Grooming, Sports & Co-curricular Activiti
The approach in our school is transformational in nature. The effort is to take education beyond classroom sessions. We emphasize on creating an environment and opportunity for students to explore, experiment, experience and discover.
The school allows its students to select from a wide variety of games. A team of well trained physical training instructors (PTIS) guides the students in learning sports such as:

To ensure our students are in sync with the times, special classes for Communication Skills and Personality Development have been introduced to help them achieve excellent oral, written and composition skills; thereby building self-confidence and leadership traits right from their formative years.

Our firm belief in observing all national and religious fes makes us proud to associate ourselves with our students, staff management to nurture traditional cultural values and Nat integration for all.
The School Annual Day is a commemorative event when children put their best foot forward and learn the principal teamwork to showcase a variety of programmed on stage.
The Yuva Mahotsav
The Yuva Mahotsav (A brain child of our school)-A District level Inter-School Talent Competition covering sports, talent hunt and other activities is organized by the school once in two years. It aims at inculcating a sense of brotherhood and togetherness, and the spirit of competition among the student fraternity hailing from different schools.
School Excursions
In order to make learning fun, the school periodically organizes fun and educational tours for students of all age groups. From a mere day-long trip, these excursions can well extend to a tour of several days to various places of historical as well as educational importance such as Delhi, Gwalior, Jaipur, Akshardham, Mathura Refinery etc.
Sri Aurobindo Society – Brijdham Centre, Mathura
For value-based and moral enhancement of the student community, the school has established the “BRIJDHAM MATHURA CENTRE” under the aegis of Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry. Youth camps, meditation seminars and the like are organized to bring realization from within and to inculcate self-discipline- The need of the hour.
